I went to church this morning with Brent and his "girlfriend" (its in quotes because you must say it like your 7 years old talking about your older brother)
Good ol Pastor Roller comes through with another amazing sermon. He's been doing this series on the seven deadly sins, and today's sin was gluttony. Which was fantastic simply because i've never heard a sermon devoted soley to the topic of gluttony.
PR put it like this: Gluttony is the self-indulgence in food, which can be either the over consumption of food, devouring food instead of savouring it, or being too fussy about your food, (making waiters miserable just so you have your food prepared right down to the last morcel is not cool)
Anyway, i say this because the first thought that came into my head was that the next person to come into second cup and order an extra dry extra hot venti(remember, we don't have ventis at sc, its called a large you zealot)soy cappucino with cinnamon on top and no lid, i'm gonna throw holy water in there face, scream GLUTTON and commence an exorcism.
next time i fill out an application, under "position held" for second cup i'm putting drug dealer

Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants

Today during work i jammed with Brain Roller (who is by far the best guitarist i've ever had the privildege to jam with). It was beyond sweet. I'm sure he'll teach me tons.



I'm really looking forward for school to start. i'm sick of having money, i wanna spend it all!!!

Hooks for Hands

So we just got our new place yesturday, and its freaking awesome! The chimes in our hallway are hooked up to our doorbell! plus i get my own room, and its all hardwood floors except for the kitchen. and the windows are massive. oh its so freaking amazing. and no one else is aloud over. its just that good.
And were gonna turn the garage into a living room during the warmer months. oh, i'm beyond stoked. And we stopped off at Trevor and Melissas new place, and its like a 7 minute walk from our place, as well as a 7 minute walk to banff trail station. I figure the extra 150$ a month will be worth it since i'll spend an hour and a half less time everyday riding transit. which is 540 hours a year, which is like riding the c-train for 22 days strait.
unfortunatly i won't be official living there until mid august, since i still work at second cup in the north east. boo hoo

I'm at work, watching tv, but i have no food, so i'm starving. blah.
only six and a half more hours to go!
