I have no new years resolution. its not that i don't believe in resolutions, they just don't believe in me.

I watched nightmare on elm street 2,3,4,and 5 this week. Man i'm sad. i miss my house. and my stuff. and my room mates. and my will to do something. i miss the struggle to feed myself. and to make rent. but this semester is going to be the best one yet, i feel like scarlett at the end of Gone With The Wind (which my girlfriend bought for me and i still have yet to watch.)

Best Christmas Gift Ever?

If you haven't seen school of rock......that shouldn't matter. I had my doubts, but now they are completely erased, i have to date the girl who gave me this. you know what? i'm gonna.

Also, Rocky Balboa was freaking amazing. i never thought i'd see a rocky movie in theaters, but it was awesome. it'll be trashed by movie reviewers, and everyone who just generally dislikes sylvestor stallone. Is it sad that i judge people on there love for rocky? i don't think so. rocky was an amazing story. and an amazing script. and amazing acting. somebody ask me the "if you had to have sex with one man" question.

I'm going home tomorrow. before then i plan on adding onto this post my top (certain number) songs of 2006.

Those Random Hugs That Melt The Heart (YEAH!)

So my Godson (slash nephew) was born this morning at 2:58. 9.7 lbs of solid man. I get to see him in a week and a bit, thats exciting!

Also i have a show in two days, and we have yet to practice. oh this is gonna be iffy, luckily i'm a born entertainer.

You know that song fell in love with a girl by white stripes? yeah i like that song. especially in lego format.

I have tons of studying and stuff. plus i'm broke. so nothing new (that i'd spill over blogger.com that is)

Oh, i wrote an artical for my school paper that appeard FRONT PAGE HEADLINER. i'm so awesome. and so is Mara-a-he. BOO YEAH

Never Promise Anything Again

"Skoch banned from rocky mountain college residence"

You ever read a headline and think they've been saving that one for a while? like when ales hemsky scored against detroit to kick em out the headline was "ales in wonderland" somethings are too clever to be brought up over night.

My Account of the events leading up to my banning:

It was a cold monday night, most of the residence were staying at hotels due to the mice problem they had been experiencing. The heat had been shut off, so naturally Trevor, Morgan and I deemed it necessary to use Andy's floor so we'd have enough room to sleep next to each other and survive off the body heat. Unfortunatly we had to clear some stuff off his floor, so we decided the closet would be the best place for it. Unknowingly we tossed some laundry detergent into the closet that must have opened up and commenced spilling.

Later that week Andy open up his closet, and to his horror he found that his precious 3.00$ card to his girlfriend had been completely destroyed.

The next parts a little fuzzy, so i'm gonna make it up.

Andy then became so angry that he burnt the clothes he was wearing, and thats when they found him in the corner crying and eating toothpaste.

So a couple days later i find out i'm banned (but oddly enough not by any official form, just word of mouth from the RA's)

So this proves to be a mild inconvience. Since Melissa and Laura can no longer feed me. Nuts

So i'm banned from res. i must write a song about this.

If i am a fool, that what am i?

So this morning they wouldn't let me blog unless i sold my soul to Google. stupid antichrist, using the internet for his sick purpose, why couldn't he stick to rock music. or breakfast commercials.

last night i went to the rocky christmas choir and orchastra concert. I'm so proud of tyler (my housemate), he's doing his trumpet thing, then he did his singing thing, then he did his just sitting back smiling looking good thing. Makes me so proud. Plus i got to sit by a gorgeous lady. so that didn't hurt, i was kinda hoping all my friends could see me. but i was 4th row. and the stupid cameras never panned the crowed. alas.

My new shower is built! so this morning i woke up 20 minutes early just so i could shower for 25 minutes! it was amazing. trust me. when you've been waiting for a shower for 3 months it becomes a big deal.

Also i am leaving for st. albert with my dear friend brent, so i shant be home till my birthday (sunday!). Hopefully i'm gonna witness the birth of my nephew/Godson, since the little bugger is like 11 days overdue.

Everyone should go out and listen to "play crack the sky" by brand new. and cry.
