That Day Was Mine

I've been listening to this song non-stop for the past day or so, since i learned how to play it on ukelele, which i think makes it the first song i've learned on that thing. which is crazy since i've owned it for a 2 and a half years.

when my trumpet player housemate gets home i'm gonna make him learn the horn parts.

I am now an employee of the blood sucking corporation known as starbucks. oh wait, its second cup? oh thats not so bad. still bad, but at least they have live acts at second cups.

So i had a live gig at second cup friday with the jazz band i'm in. it went alright, i'm just not comfortable soloing for jazz, it requires you to be such a better guitarist, which i'm not. i should bring my ukelele.

I'm gonna go play Zelda on our wii. fan freaking tastic.
